I arrived 10 mins early to fill out paper was taken in before I had completed my packet. The Dr asked a lot of questions was pretty thorough, she returned with another Dr where I was told what the "treatment plan" for myself would be and what tests would be done and why. By the time I left I had all my appointments scheduled and met 3 Dr's who discussed my care plan. I was extremely satisfied with my experience would highly recommend this place to others.
Dr Bala is such a Great GI specialist. Who knows exactly what he's doing and how to do it. He receives various referrals for hundreds of patients a month because he is that Great. Other Doctors and specialists come to see him for their medical problems because he gives the best treatments in Rialto. A lot of people come out happy from their service. The employees are on top of everything. They are very kind and generous. Everyone there makes the patient a priority, no matter their situation. You all must understand that a specialist office is nothing compared to a regular doctors office. Its busier, its crowded and time consuming. You want Great treatment, BE PATIENT!! Many people aside from my father have been treated here, and they ALL appreciate every bit of it.
