“This Home Depot is a hit or miss for me. I went in this afternoon looking to replace my cabinet hinges. When asking for very specific help, the associate offered no help or to call someone over to the dept I needed help in stating “Just go to aisle 20 you’ll see the hinges to your left. Just stand there and you might see someone from hardware”. I ended up purchasing the incorrect hinges. Upon returning this evening, the check stand employee called an associate over to aisle 20 in which he arrived very shortly less than 5 minutes. The associate in charge of the hardware dept was not only able to explain to me why the hinges did not fit correctly, but also found the correct ones I needed on the Home Depot website and also explained the difference between the two hinges. He sent me down to the service desk where Ashley was very kind in helping me return my original purchase and order my new ones to my house. Find the employees that will not dismiss you and know their stuff. Even if you don’t know they should be able to point you to someone who is knowledgeable.”

“Mrs. Edna has been my personal Dr for well over twenty years. I trust few and feel confortable with few in personal settings. A Dr is someone i ferl you should be able to be completely honest with knowing there are no consequence only advice and remedies. I feel you must have a balanced trust emotionally, physically as well as mentally. I found that with her. To this day i have that with her. We havent always gotten along. Or agreed. Nor have i always followed her advise more so then not wished i had. Recently i had a personal issue i had to deal with Mrs Edna stepped in did what she could then gave great adviced. Mrs Edna gives 200 percent of herself i feel to all her patients. The waiting room full of patients. The waiting list for appiontments shows i am not alone. Everyone complains including myself at times now i just roll with it. Because it may take time in the waiting room but thats because she cares. She takes that extra step to listen. To make her patients feel better no matter what sutuation. I can hobestly say in over twenty years this lady has never said. She was budy, to busy, didnt have time. She has always made the time. If you want a correct diagnosis. If you want the care you deserve. A Dr that does tgeir job with ❤ Then i would as i have over the years recomended Dr Edna.
