Nate came out quickly to give us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable, and his bid included getting a permit and using the best materials for mountain wear and tear. He let us know it would take about a week to replace our broken water main. He kept us updated on his progress and when he would be back everyday. He was careful of our landscaping and kept area as clean and safe as possible, even putting plywood over the long trench to protect our dog from falling in. He also answered all our questions and was very easy to work with.
We highly recommend him and his team.

The team of Rubin and Chris did multiple wonderful jobs for us at at a fair price with a spot on estimate! They replaced an outdated old shower / bath valve that had galvanized pipe running to both the shower and bath faucets with the latest model Symmons valve and copper pipe to match the other house piping, at the perfect depth. They also found an ABS dwv sewer vent pipe in a wall that was under stress with a coupling that had come loose and was hanging at least an inch apart. So they correctly deduced and fixed the source of a sewer smell that had been intermittently plaguing us and was out sight / hidden (i.e., the smell seemed to come from different locations at different times and then was gone for awhile). They were friendly, thorough, and knew exactly what needed to be done to complete both jobs on time - we are very pleased!

It's hard to find good contractors who are not only competent and reasonably price, but also enjoyable to work with. Nate and Michael Utterback were all that and more! They were so professional, timely, good communication, and did GREAT work. Nate is not only the man to go to for plumbing, but also has his contractor's license and we couldn't have asked for anyone better to fix our roof which was damaged by the storm last year.

I highly recommend Brother's Plumbing to anyone living in the SB Mountain area. So grateful to Ryan for figuring out our long-time plumbing issue that no other company in the past has been able to figure out. We have a family home in Lake Arrowhead that has had plumbing issues for 20+ years because of old piping and so many tree roots of course. We've had to get preventative snaking done about 2-3x a year because we haven't been able to afford the thousands of dollars we were quoted in the past that it would cost to repipe. Ryan took time to figure out the root of the problem (no pun intended 😉) and looks like the issue wasn't as bad as we thought. The problem has been solved and no more snaking needed! He went the extra mile to really investigate, and he was super communicative and timely. We couldn't be happier with the service.

Called on a Sunday morning and Brianna returned my call that afternoon and set up an appt. for Monday afternoon (we were not in a rush). Andrew showed up as scheduled at 3:15pm and fixed our problem very quickly. We were extremely pleased and will use them next time we have a plumbing issue. Thanks Brothers Plumbing!!!!*****
