I loved the customer service here, as soon as I walked in I was greeted and told that I will be helped as soon as possible. During the search for insurance Marcia made sure that I got everything I wanted for a great price and all within at least 30 minutes. Definitely recommend!
I just want to say that I gave Aims five stars ✨ only because there is no option to give them 10, other wise I would have rated them a 10! There is one person whom I believe is one of the greatest asset to the Aims Insurance company and her name is Marcy. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best quote possible. Marcy truly exemplifies what customer service should be like! So if your looking for insurance, don’t hesitate and give them a call, and don’t forget to ask for Marcy.

I have been on the phone all day trying to find somewhere to get my car insurance. No one would or could help. A last hope came up. I bit my upper lip. I said a short prayer. And I dial the number. I was more then glad I did. In just few moments later I found myself sitting in a chair next to helpful people. I was set to my insurance that very day. Nice people, clean office. I felt at home. I was so happy I went shopping right at the Ria ranch their office was at. You must Aim for your goal with Aim insurance.
I’d like to say what a great company not only did this amazing Woman Marcy help me get a reasonable quote and save me money she did it all over the phone and in a timely manner. Not to mention how curtious she was. I’m truly pleased and I end this staying I’m a happy costumer!
