I have been a patient for many years.Before coming here I had a phobia with going to dental visits.i had a dentist prior who did not practice HIPAA well and made me feel uncomfortable as he put me down about my teeth. So I decided to try Sierra gateway dental. The staff was so welcoming and always had me laughing not to mention they always work with me as prices for uncovered work can get pricey.For emergency fillings and things that randomly happy doctor has always cared enough to fit me in his already busy schedule and I truly do appreciate that. I was his very first patient he did veneers on and let me tell you I would have never guessed it.i have had any compliments since and some of my friends and colleagues are now patients. Every time i tell someone i have veneers they are blown away and ask for the information so they can be seen. Every single person I have recommend is now a patient for goid.thanks sierra gateway I'm so thankful your work and boosting my self esteem as well as confidence. The quality of work you have also given me.

The staff is always nice/frendly and they do a great job. I moved an hour away and still this the Dentist I choose to.
I must take the same amount of time that Dr. Altul Karia, Pam, Katherine, Gladys, and Kathy have made to ensure my visits are fulfilled with the utmost patience, professionalism, personality, empathy and sympathy . When you go to the Dentist your attitude is not always pleasant from the various issues you are having with your teeth. The staff at Sierra Gateway Dental never are rude. Extremely, good listener's in order to communicate with empathy.
Dr. Altul always go to each and everyone of his clients with a "Good Morning/Afternoon" even after Pam ( One of the Best Dental managers) has given you the warmest greeting when you enter.
Dr. Altul always go the extra mile with ensuring they will do the job without feeling an abundance of pain and importantly the cost factor is not ridiculous.
When there's a patient that had a unexpected situation after the X-Rays are taken and more time is needed. I smile because this is confirmation Dr. Altul cares about his patient 100%! He'll apologize for the delay.
I give Sierra Gateway Dental office 10 Stars not Five!
I highly recommend anyone that wants to smile with pride please go to Dr. Altul and before you see him get that warm greeting with Pam!!!! Just in case I forgot to tell Pam speaks Spanish too! All Diversity of people will be welcome!!!!!
