(January 17, 2020, 7:16 pm)On my 65th birthday, I began one-on-one training with Jared. It has continued for three straight years. I’ve lost inches, pounds and muscles that dazzle my friends. Most women my age are losing muscle and gaining weight. Not me thanks to the work I do with my trainer.

(June 11, 2018, 8:11 pm)At first I was very hesitant to go exercise because I hadn’t exercised since I had my children (a very long time ago). Now, it turns out that I had developed borderline osteoporosis and the doctor advised me to exercise. I didn’t want to commit to a gym membership and I don’t like to exercise in the front of other people, so a private studio was my best bet. I found Jared’s private studio as the perfect place for me. And, it is very easy to find parking spaces in his place. After consistently coming for months, I feel stronger and I can see muscles that I never have before. My arms have become smaller and toned. Jared is a very patient young man and he found a way to make me enjoy exercise. I exercise 3x a week and never get bored.
