“This has been one of the better Best Buy locations that I've interacted with. I went in to purchase a laptop and the sales person was very knowledgeable. They listened to all of my needs that I'd be using the laptop for, and even found a previous floor model that was almost half off but still met all of my needs. I was really happy with the purchase, but something seemed to fail with the laptop after a few weeks, so I went back in to return it and the manager approved a return even though it was a few days past their 15 day return window. It really shows how much they value their customers, and I'll definitely try to buy from this location if I can in the future. Thanks for the great customer service!”

I went here to get my stereo installed and they set me up for an appointment in 3 days.
