  Great and fast service. Ed had me in and out in 15 minutes and took my coupon even though it was for a different location. Thanks Ed, I'll be back!

  First time going to a Jiffy Lube and had a great experience! Mark T. was our service tech and he provided great and friendly customer service. The Manager also named Mark was also very friendly and helpful! Will definitely be coming back! I will also be highly recommending this location to friends and family ????

  I just want to thank you for the service I received at Jiffy Lube #755. As we all know, we have a choice in who does our car maintenance. The expediency, friendly service, and coupons available make me want to return. However, the informative, friendly, and professional service I received at the Upland Jiffy Lube from Mark T. made it even better. He goes the extra mile to ensure customers are taken care of and his attention to detail and friendliness was impeccable.
  Thanks to him, I will return. I will return not just for my routine oil change, but for other future maintenance also. Thanks again Mark T. You are the best!

  A great location with knowledgeable professionals. They were quick and efficient. They noticed subtle variances that could have led to larger issues. We saved money with their advice. They us back on the road right away.

  This was my first time to this Jiffy Lube location. I have typically always gone to the one on Benson but on several occasions have caught them in lies. Michelle was the one to help me out and she went above and beyond to make sure I had an exceptional experience. Both Michelle and the initial gentleman to greet me were very warm and genuine. Unfortunately for all of us clients, it seems Michelle is moving on to larger endeavors (Happy For You!) however she did tell me that if I wanted to continue and receive the same warmth, honest and great service to always ask for either Mark or Ed. I did not get the opportunity to touch base with them but I look forward to it. If the experience is any different, I will report back. Thanks Michelle!
