There's so much I would like to say about coach Jeff. First, I would like to say he is an amazing mentor for the kids. His dedication, knowledge, and experience is unmatched. Our family have been working with Jeff for almost 2 years now. We have seen his class grow bigger and bigger just from word of mouth. My kids enjoy going to class and learning from Jeff. They have grown in many ways, discipline, hard work & toughness under Jeff. He also makes us parents laugh at his funny jokes. Come and join the Strength and Honor family, you won't regret it.

Amazing place to get your kids in tip-top shape. Coach Jeff has a genuine knack for teaching and turns his students into champions. Students learn the value of discipline, dedication and hard work. I highly recommend!

This place is amazing! and for a number of reasons! Jeff offers a variety of amazing coaches who are extremely knowledgeable about different martial arts disciplines, and he has practice times in the morning and at night so you can always fit practice time within your busy schedule. And his prices can’t be beat! He could definitely be charging a lot more for the kind of advanced training that he gives, but he is definitely not one to take advantage of his students like some instructors at other schools do. If you’re interested self defense, competition, or even just exercise, then Strength and Honor MMA is the place for you!

My little guy just started here 1 week ago. We love it. In just one week we have seen him get stronger. I love the discipline and he loves the sparring. Jeff was highly recommended by a friend whose son trained with Jeff for years and I can see why everyone is very happy with the program. I truly believe he enjoys teaching his life skill to others. Oh and I love his equipment and how clean his place is!!! :-)

Strength and Honor martial arts studio is an awesome place to learn different styles of martial arts. Jeff Frater is the Sensei and is extremely talented, skillful and patient. Jeff has over 20+ years of skillful martial arts experience an 8th degree black belt and is by far the best instructor in Rancho Cucamonga. Our son enjoys coming to Strength and Honor to learn mixed martial arts.
