Had a visit with Dr. Tansey for my dog. I felt very comfortable with her. She was very kind and gave a great explanation of my dogs options and physiological process. I'm happy there is an oncologist in the area. I would recommend my family and friends to this location.

I cannot say how much we appreciate the wonderful emergency service that we received from Dr. Strasser and his staff when we had to bring our cat, Tom, in late at night because of a urinary blockage. The receptionist was awesome and very helpful in guiding us through the process of applying for emergency financial assistance. Dr. Strasser was very personable upfront and thorough in explaining the initial diagnosis, the procedure necessary to fix it, the aftercare, and everything else relevant from possible causes to recommended preventive maintenance. Over the two days Tom was hospitalized there, Dr. Strasser personally called to keep us updated on Tom's status and patiently took the time to answer any further questions we had. We were given a complete breakdown of costs that was clear and thorough so there were no surprises. While emergency vet care is always more expensive than planned vet care, the price here is more than reasonable and well worth it for the care our fur child received. He is doing great and we can't thank Dr. Strasser and his staff enough.

We had to take our 10 week old puppy there last night due to her Parvo symptoms. Because they treat dogs with canine cancer they needed to keep her outside the building while they took her test. When the test came back positive they made a makeshift examination room on the sidewalk outside so they could try and treat her. Unfortunately the virus was too far along and their effort’s couldn’t reverse the progression and she passing away later that night. My family is grateful for the care the entire staff took to try and save our puppy.

This is Maggie. As the kids grew from babies to teens, I could hear the soft jingle of her collar as she went from room to room to check on the kids throughout the night. She would run with me, although I know it wasn't her first choice. Door solicitors never had a chance with her. Her only asks were Milk Bones and a little love. When she turned 12 her hind end dropped one morning and she couldn't move. I was referred to Dr. Queen after two doctors told me they were not sure what was wrong. Long story short is Dr. Queen gave me two more wonderful years with that dog and I never wasted one moment with her from that point on as I never knew how much time I had with her, but I got two years with her. I love that dog, always will. Thank you, Dr. Queen, forever.
