(December 6, 2018, 2:16 pm)Having been a longtime customer of Go Wireless, i had a dead phone and tried to get it replaced by the Corporate Verizon store over Thanksgiving weekend. I would have had to be without a phone for 5 days. I wasn't comfortable with their solution and came to Go Wireless. I had the absolute best experience at this store. Chris, the Manager listened to me and accommodated my requests. It was such a great experience i came back to get a second new phone.

(August 23, 2018, 8:06 pm)I find the staff to very courteous and professional. I have done business with the store for a number of years. I always return anytime I am in need of Verizon services. The manager impressed on my first contact some years ago. I was happy today to see that he was still there. I regret not being able to recall his name at this time. He is short, pleasant and Ernest. Appears to be of Asian descent. I am embarrassed that I cannot call his name at this time, but I think he deserves credit for maintaining a relaxed, productive work environment.
