Fitness Results

Fitness Results is a wonderful place for personal training. They make it easy to work around your schedule by offering a variety of training times. The 30 minutes sessions are effective and are perfect for those with a busy schedule. The gym itself is very nice and clean, and has all of the equipment necessary to get the results you want. The trainers are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have trained with Kevin on and off for years now and he has played an essential role in me reaching my fitness goals.

Awesome gym to workout at! It’s very clean, has nice well maintained equipment, everyone there is friendly and it is not intimidating like the larger gyms. Kevin is an amazing trainer there. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Every workout with him has been challenging, effective, informative, and fun! He has taught me how to have the correct form, how to push through the shakes, and has given me a great foundation to continue building off of. He also taught me that less is more and you don’t have to kill yourself to get great results. Kevin was super flexible with my crazy schedule and accommodated me from early mornings to early evening hours. I highly recommend this gym to everyone all fitness levels and I highly recommend Kevin as a trainer.

I have been working out at this location for six months and am continually impressed with the trainers and the facility. Lance(the owner) is always present and keeps all the workout machines in impeccable condition. The trainers are always helpful and focus on proper form and safety. Asa, my trainer, is excellent! I prefer this facility to the high volume fitness places where you have to share machines and trainers cost much more!

Awesome gym atmosphere, equipment is well maintained. The gym is clean and organized, with great equipment for all levels. The trainers listen to your goals and create programs that will help you reach them. All the trainers are very knowledgeable in proper training and always willing to answer questions. I love this place, it's worth the time and money to get results that last!
