I can't begin to tell you how Amazing Dr. Dang and her staff are!!! I woke up to my poor little girl was vomiting and had really bad diarrhea. She is 6yrs old chihuahua/pomeranian mix shes up to date on all her shots but it looked like she had parvo due to all the slavia dripping from her mounth. I looked up who was open (the date was 1/27/19) and Inland Valley Emergency Pet Clinic is open 24/7. They were on top of there updates ( I called every 2-3 hours until released) my little girl isnt aggressive she loves everyone and they would tell me what a pleasure she was everytime I called in after I would speak to Dr. Dang. I explained how I loved her as much as my son (actual born son) and they reassured me she was in good hands and they would make sure she would be all fixed up soon. Everytime they got a new report they would call me. Everything worked out and Im so happy my baby girl is home after 24 hours. You guys & gals rock!!!!!

I get it the reviews I read are horrible but I also understand that out Pets need to be taken care of just like Children. If your pets died I believe that has something along the lines of how well you tend to your pets health, They are our responsibility if you cant maintain there up keep you shouldnt blam anyone else but yourself. Also if its there time its there time just remember you could have done better for them cant blam the people who are trying. We take that chance. Dogs are like Children treat them as so!!!! IVEPC trys the best they can to do everything you have already done to your pets!!! I didnt care the cost because thats our Family and regardless of the price I knew they would do their best! I had to take my cat 2 weeks ago at 1:30 a.m. he was attacked by a pit bull. In my front yard he was an outside cat i had him for 8 years. They were so nice there i knew that he would have to be put to sleep. He was such a beautiful black and white cat, his name was Fedderlinks. I want to thank them for being so kind to me and my family. I miss you so much Fedderlinks.

My experience was better than expected. All staff were very attentive and caring. My pet is a valued member of my family and this team was very respectful of that. My pet has an exsisting heart condition, so when he became ill it turned into an emergency and my regular vet could not see my dog but recommended Inland Valley Animal Hospital and I am so glad they did. I rarely write reviews but after reading some of the other reviews I felt compelled to share my very positive and professional experience. Cost was very fair and very well explained - they never tried to charge me any unexpected costs and even identified areas of exspense that could be spared if not needed. I would highly recommend this hospital if you have any emergency needs.
