Update a year later with this AMAZING spa! Still in mint condition and working perfectly. Definitely the go to place for hot tubs. Last year, after checking around multiple stores and then finally making an appointment here, we spent over an hour exploring the different options and types available. No rush no hassle, just straight forward answers and not being pushy or too sales pitch-y at all. The whole experience was great, nicest guy ever. Don't get me started on delivery team! Not only was the item IN STOCK compared to other stores months out with sold out inventory but they delivered ASAP. Very professional install and taught me how to set up and maintain spa. They'll all sell you some add ons that ARE necessary for newbies but I'm still using them a year later! Bought our spa system almost 7 months ago and we use it every single day! We learned about the company at the LA county fair back in September 2019 and we looked for the company because they offered such a great deal and finally purchases our spa in December. Today we came buy to get more supplies and the staff is extremely friendly and informative. We have worked with Jim and he has always provided great service. I would recommend him if your are looking to purchase or get additional information regarding purchasing a spa system.
