“What a difference a store makes! The team at the Grove store in Ontario could learn a lot from the folks here. Aislah spent nearly two hours troubleshooting two different activation issues. Within the first 10-15 minutes of being in the store, she had my iPhone 14 activated. This is after I spent hours on the phone, was promised three callbacks from phone support, and was basically told to get lost from the Grove store. Aislah and her manager are the best. I will be coming back to this store for any future needs. Best experience I've probably ever had at ANY wireless store, regardless of company.”

The store is kept clean and stocked. They are open to the public as long as you wear a face mask. The parking is good and the shopping plaza has been remodeled recently and is very clean.
