  We came to Victorville for a few months over the summer for an internship. They allowed us to sign a short term lease which worked out nicely. Rent was a bit more than we would have liked but seem to be fairly average for the quality of the complex and the area. The application and approval process was lengthy and a bit tricky but the staff helped us sort through it all. The property was well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. Security in and out of the complex was adequate other than the week the main gain seemed to be malfunctioning. The apartment itself was well fairly well maintained. Had a couple issues that were taken care of by maintenance quickly. Had some damage occur to my car while living there, were never able to figure out what happened because the complex security cameras were lacking in coverage of parking throughout the entire complex. The area around the complex isn't the greatest but was fairly quiet during the time we were there. Overall though a great place to live in Victorville.

  Hands down the nicest place in the area. The manager, Lacy, really has changed this place for the best. She made us laugh and was always personable. They’re always having fun, doing events, just making it a fun place to live. For the size of this complex, its quiet and kept up really well. Rent for the area is reasonable for what you get here. Highly suggest this for anyone looking in the high desert. Only downfall to living here is the surrounding complexes that don’t have the best reputation, but this place is gated and they do a good job of making it as safe as possible. Our carport light was out and they fixed it the same day.

  We needed some extra attention and effort with housing for a client and were so happy with the customer service and professionalism that Rosie, the Sr. Business Manager, provided to us.
  Our client is so happy with her place and the process was so much easier because of the above and beyond help that Rosie provided. We look forward to continuing to work with Riverton of the High Desert Apartments.
