Robert & Ashley were just awesome, I was blown away on how they handled everything for me in a easy ,123, Step process.from dealing with the extra BS with my insurance , to scheduling my rental car reservations. (March 26, 2019, 11:45 am)They did a good job. Even carwashed and detailed and vacuum my car. But I'm deducting one star because it Took two weeks instead of one like they had said. And when i got my car. Usually in the mornings i like to warm up my car. And on the car alarm theres a button to start up the car from inside the house. Without putting the key in the ignition well that no longer works. And i called and they said to fix it with my manual when they were the ines who messed up

After explaining my situation, they were able to squeeze me in during their lunch hour, a true testiment to their constant professionalism. They provided continuous updates and explained/answered all my questions. Vanessa especially was a great help and in my opinion, a true value to Service Kings staff.

Vanessa and Jennifer deserve 2 thumbs up on keeping me informed of the details of the repair and following up with me. They detailed, polished, and vacuumed my vehicle.
