I want to take a moment to express my appreciation for Mr. Shawn Burkel (Service Advisor) and the rest of the service staff a Victorville Mazda. During this past week, my vehicle experienced several service alerts which caused me to have to make an unscheduled visit to Victorville Mazda. The first person who greeted me with a smile was Mr. Burkel. I explained my problem and despite me not having an appointment, he took in my car explaining that it his team may not be able to get to it until later in the day, which I was fine with. Mr. Burkel assisted me with a loner and I was able to still attend to my plans I had for the day. Surprisingly, in less than two hours, Mr. Burkel's team had identified my problem and expedited my service repair - I was able to get my car back on the same day! Mr. Burkel is a wonderful addition to the staff because I have been turned away before for unscheduled visits.
I usually schedule visits, but I appreciate the outstanding customer service Mr. Shawn Burkel provided that day and hope that his example is the new standard for this organization.
