  It's a nice place and they keep the pools clean

  One of the nicer parks in the area. Quiet and clean.

  for a family mobile home park, it's clean and neat over all. May have new mangers, for awhile it was looking pretty bad. But now much much better.

  So, I hear this is a good/great place to live; if u own ur own mobile then the space rent + water + electric + { if u don't have cable or satellite } can be under $500 which in those conditions is pretty damn good. I hear they let u have animals probably under a "weight" limit, so any small to med size dogs. Also some "kingpin" is gone which is good. And the manager is very cool. Thinking of going here myself.
