First, it is a rehab place, so get over the "this place gives me the creeps" POV. Folks have dementia and get really sick, it is inherently a tough place to visit.

So, the core issue is do residents get compassionate and very patient care? The answer is a resounding "Yes". My Pop was there for about 10 days and the folks there were terrific. They were kind to my mother and really seemed to care. Even with very challenging patients, they handled things with dignity and professionalism.

Good Care... nice people when you need them

This place was the only one out of four different placements that actually cared for my father. They gave the right medication and they didn't ignore his needs. When he did pass away they were very caring and kind to us the staff went out of their way to explain what happened and express condolences. They hugged and cried with me, treated us like humans instead of a number. I appreciated it.
