El Pollo Loco

This is one of my favorite locations. It's always clean and the best place to go when it's super hot out because their AC is so strong. The staff is friendly and helpful. We've been here many times either for dining inside or going through the drive thru. And their food is freshly made and delicious.

It’s always a little lonely here but the service is good and the food hasn’t been bad the times I’ve gone. Dining room is always empty. Drive thru is never really busy.

This place has always had great customer service, honestly I have no complaints on the workers I do DD so I get to see the place in action often the new guy Seth seems to be right on top of everything as if he has been there forever he blends well with the other employees . Thus far love the place everyone there should get a bonus in my opinion. I'm regular customer any changes I'll be up on here to report .
I should get paid for this lol 😆 seriously it's great service 👏.
