However, over those past 3 years the strides this business have made to go above and beyond and rectify the past quality of service are incredible. The hard work Lindsey + Steve put into their customer service are greatly appreciated, and do not go in-noticed. I’m grateful for them being fast and efficient, and the attempts at making every maintenance visit as affordable possible.

The Yucaipa team was very friendly and high energy. Everyone I dealt with was informative and genuinely helpful. I've recommended the Yucaipa store to friends and family.

As a single mom who DOES NOT speak "car" the staff was great about assuring me that I was in good hands. Well, they were wrong, I was in GREAT hands! They were knowledgeable, informative, warm and welcoming. I felt like family.
Additionally, I noticed how well they handled the influx of customers in the lobby in a very timely and professional manner. This place was a real blessing to stumble upon on a Sunday morning. I shout a great, big public THANK YOU to the staff here!!!
(October 8, 2019, 6:15 pm)Styled like a rock star! In & out in 25 minutes for an oil change & all the extra free stuff that comes with it. The girls at the counter were polite, professional & knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for better!
