The "hardest working women in Medicine". They always exceed my expectations and I have been a customer (patient) of theirs for several years. They are LLUMC trained and very intelligent people!

I love this Pharmacy everyone is so friendly. They actually know my name when I walk in to the Pharmacy. I don't even have to wait for my Prescriptions to be ready longer than 5 minutes or less.Green Valley Pharmacy even calls when I have prescriptions ready I hope to be a customer for many years.

Excellent Pharmacy. They really treat you with respect and will go the extra mile to service your needs. If you happened to frequent the CVS on Lugonia in Mentone I sincerely recommend you give Green Valley Pharmacy a try. It is still very close to our area and the pharmacist and employees are superb. I filled my medication for the first time at this pharmacy on the recommendation of my doctor. There was a small issue with the filling of the medication and when it was brought to the attention of Sylvia {co-owner and office manager} she went above and beyond what any other pharmacy would to rectify this situation. I don't think a "big brand" pharmacy would have gone to the lengths this pharmacy did to make sure they had a happy customer.

In addition, she described services they offer that other larger pharmacies don't, such as synchronizing refills for customers on multiple medications. You definitely get the feeling, especially when dealing with Sylvia that they really care about their customers and treat them like family.

I always would rather support family owned businesses and this one is a winner!

Definitely the best change I made regarding my health. The wonderful people who work here know each of their customers and their specific concerns. They go above and beyond to make sure the medication needed is always in stock and for those who have co-pays, they do whatever they can to make it as cheap as possible! And for those who have several medications, they even offer local delivery which I think is awesome. At first I wasn't sure if I wanted to give up the convenience of a 24hr big pharmacy chain, but once I tried Green Valley out, I realized the trade was more then worth. With reliable service and super friendly pharmacists, you'll never want to go to a big chain again!
