I wish more doctors would use this approach! By telling me the reason behind strengthening my neck area would benefit me if it ended up needing surgery, it decrease my recovery time. I told my doctor of another recent appointment we’re the doctor just told me what was going to be done. No questions as to what I’d prefer. There was nothing good that came from that doctor.
