Not only did they answer the phone on a snowy day when every other florist in town was closed... but they also helped me out in a tough situation! I had ordered a flower arrangement for a co-worker's family member funeral, and when I ordered the flowers.. I had the wrong date! I didn't know the date was wrong until the day of and the flowers had already been delivered. I contacted the store and they were SO KIND to send flowers again (no charge) the following weekend on the correct date. The woman behind the counter immediately ask my price range and offered to make me 2 arrangements i was also given a choice of vase. They came out beautiful a great deal 20$ a piece. Much nicer then staters brothers which i thought was more convenient. I only waited less then 15 min . I will definitely go back😀.”
