“Trained here for about 3 weeks. Loved my time here! The BJJ instructors are FANTASTIC; highly effective, clear communicators. The mat is pretty large and seamless which is nice (most places have many small mats placed side-by-side, with tons of sweat/dirt/hair/gunk visible between the mats). Good focus on safety, as well as BJJ for both self-defense and sport. Gi and no-gi classes offered. Prices are reasonable and within the ballpark for the area. My only complaints are that the parking lot is too small, and there aren't any weekend classes (Saturday open mat available). Otherwise, this spot is EXCELLENT!”

“I am having a blast, working hard and learning technique. I’ve been attending for 3 weeks and having a great time. First class was with Josh, then Louie followed by Richard and Courtney. All are different and all are equally amazing. They don’t hesitate to answer questions, go over movements. And it is contagious, the team is so encouraging as-well. Also starting week 3 of the Transformation challenge with my wife and we are loving the results. Glad I am here and can’t wait for tomorrow.”

“If you have been considering putting your child in Jiu Jitsu, this is the place to go! The family that owns the studio (Ken and Michelle) are amazing!they have two younger children which makes for a great family friendly environment. The coaches are great at motivating your children to do their best while holding them accountable and working on listening, discipline, etc. The class structure is great- stretches, drills, instruction, sparring, and it always ends with a fun activity. The only reason we had to leave was due to a move out of state. The process to cancel was easy (we did month to month). Highly recommended!”

“Great Hangar 18 Climbing location. I really liked this Hangar 18 location. It is very spacious and clean. I also noticed that this one was very well-ventilated and didn't feel stuffy at all inside! The staff here is so friendly and I really enjoyed my experience here. It is good to note that this Hangar 18 is for Bouldering ONLY (i.e. no use of harnesses as you are only 10-12ft. off of the ground). The floor is all crash pads for when you fall. I personally enjoy bouldering a lot so I love that there are so many options. There are plenty of beginner friendly routes here too, so bring everyone!”

“This review is long overdue! Been coming here since October 2020. Friendly gym and I love the atmosphere. The coaches push you to do your best. They really hone in on form and technique. The classes are always different and you definitely will not get bored. I love how they offer different types of classes: boot camp, weight training and a boxing boot camp. I have definitely seen a difference in my strength, cardio and endurance since joining.”

“What a great gym! It's more along the line of a competitive gym than others in the area. They have plenty of equipment that is all in great shape. The office staff is wonderful, and everyone that works and goes there creates a family like environment. They have a wide selection of classes from mommy & me, all the way through adult classes.
