The front desk was very polite and they were able to work with my busy schedule. The assistants were cool and knew what they were doing. “Cassandra is amazing. Her office is so welcoming, with her husband Brian assisting her and commonly her children in the playroom you know that her focus is family centered. When I went to Cassandra with my daughters, I had a pretty poor perspective of counseling because I had a few negative experiences trying to find someone to connect to. From the minute I meet Cassandra she was warm and welcoming and talking to her with my daughters felt natural, I felt the fear of the process and the anxiety quickly drift away and I can never thank her enough for getting me and my daughters through our rough time. Dr. Joe and his staff treat you like family. Everyone, down to the receptionist ensure you feel right at home at every visit. They’ve been more than willing to fit you in for an emergency visit when needed. They’re willing to accommodate appointment times around school schedules. They go above and beyond to ensure you are happy with the treatment. My child’s treatment has shown major improvement in just as little as 6 months and I can’t wait to see the end results! She has already gotten so many compliments including from her pediatric dentist- Dr. Bell asking if she’s near the end of her treatment yet she still has about a year left. We’re definitely happy with Dr. Joe and will be bringing in my son next! FYI, the massage chairs and complimentary barista bar in the waiting room which includes coffee, tea and water is always the icing on the cake for me 🙂”
