Their products are on the higher end of the scale price wise while st the same time at the higher end in innovation and quality. This past week i had an issue with one of the tools I purchased in regards to the condition in which it arrived. The tool itself was marred bu a residue at one end. Paying too dollar for a hand tool demands that the tool in question at the very least arrive in pristine condition. This was nit the case this time. I immediately shot off an e mail to customer service not knowing what to expect as never haven experienced anything negative with this company in all my previous exposure Literally within five minutes they responded and immediately offered to exchange the tool with a new one and provide me with a postage paid package to return the effective one. In less than five minutes after posting my initial e mail complaint the issue was completely resolved to my satisfaction. Now that is what I call a company that has the customer at the forefront. “I honestly would give them more stars if it weren't for the long wait. The girls there were working so hard. While I was in line they cleaned up everything and kept it very clean and tidy. I appreciated them and it was a high stress environment for them because of the long lines from both outside and inside. Walgreens should hire more people but as far as the people in the pharmacy, they were doing their job and moving fast. I'd say they were awesome. The pharmacy is way smaller and I think they need to expand it since there is a greater need.”
