“I've been fighting a pair of Holleys on a tunnel ram since buying this car. Had them "gone through" twice in the past 9 months and they still weren't "right". I was told they were too much for the little 350 they were on, that a tunnel ram wouldn't work on the street, etc... After having a number of car club guys and racers recommend The Carb Shop in Ontario, I stopped by and talked to them. They said they could make these carbs work on that motor no problem. I took them the carbs and a ton of data that they asked for. Everything from tire diameter, to torque converter, to shift points, to cam lobe centerline. 5 pages worth! They flat NAILED IT. I didn't even have to adjust the idle!! It's smooth as silk cruising around town and goes like a scalded ape when you pin the pedal to the floor. I've put a lot of money in to performance improvements on this car, however the money spent at The Carb Shop was BY FAR the best bang for the buck. I couldn't recommend them any more highly!”
