Brian has been so helpful with my daughter and her Toyota and with my Lexus. We saved so much time and money by getting our automotive work done here. They are friendly and fast and knowledgeable!

Overall, great experience! Traveling back home, my car stopped on the 8 and was towed into their shop. Brian treated us very well. Told us that he would do his very best to get us out by the end of the day. His team worked in my car very quickly. I am so happy to be back home with my car and family safe. This place is amazing! I had to have my car towed here late at night after breaking down on the freeway. They started work right away when they opened, and were great about keeping me informed. They spend two days checked the car out completely. After two days of diagnostics they were honest about not finding anything wrong. Not only were they super honest, but they didn’t even charge me for the diagnostics!! I have never had such an honest, considerate, and truly generous experience with a mechanic. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with their vehicle.

Got stuck in Descanso, and made it back to this lovely gem open on a Saturday. Very nice and patient technicians. We’re very good with my 1 and 4 year old nieces and had a children’s area. It wasn’t my car or I would have had them fix it. Diagnosed and provided a fair quote. Highly recommended

I went to family auto this morning and had an oil change, brake replacement, and front rotor replacement. I got there 30 minutes before they opened and I'm glad I did, because people started lining up after me, and they had a consistent stream of customers while I was there. They seem very popular.

Matt in the front office was very nice, and he explained what was going on with my car and what and why I needed things done. He worked with me on the price and I left extremely satisfied.

The lobby was clean and the chairs comfortable. There are toys and books for if you need to bring your kids. There is also a customer bathroom. I would suggest bringing a sweater as the lobby was a bit chilly.

I will definitely be returning here. They seem to be a well run operation.
