Best Verizon store I have ever been to. Gary was the one who helped me, and he was fantastic. There was another man working with him who was also very helpful as well.
Gary was very knowledgeable, and very matter-of-fact about what I needed and what we could do to make it happen. I ended up purchasing the newest phone on the market, as well as a charger, cable, screen protector and case. It wasn't cheap, but his humor honestly made it a lot easier. I am appreciative and will return to this location.

Had a great experience. Gary and Chris helped me out and answered all questions. Both were friendly and professional. The phone I wanted wasn’t in stock so Chris ordered it and the next day it arrived. Went in to set everything up and it probably took and hour or less. I’m happy with my purchase and the happy with the customer service.
Such a good store. Instead of getting my service through these guys I did it online and on the phone. What a regret. The representative I spoke on the telephone caused me to reset my phone losing everything on it, and still not have it functional. Brought it to this Alpine store and they fixed everything on it without giving me a hard time for not activating with them. From now on I’m just going here and sending friends and family there way.
What an awesome staff! Chris helped me figure out which device I wanted to upgrade to and helped get all the extra parts and pieces together. Everything went super smooth and I couldn't have asked for a better tech. He was so friendly and helpful. Thanks for your help, Chris!
