I had a light come on doing work in Northern California, called them, talked to Ronnie, and afterwards realized I could drive it down to them (350 miles) to have them assess the situation. It was even less expensive than we thought! Their customer service and honesty sets them apart from everyone. I will always bring my cars to them as long as I live in San Diego.
(August 3, 2019, 6:58 pm)Bonita Valley Auto Care usually provides excellent service and the techs. are very conscientious in taking care of your vehicle. The business is extremely busy so there may be a problem in finding a parking space to leave you car to be serviced. Make sure that you are very explicit when giving instructions as to what you want done and when you expect the vehicle to be finished. If you do not use their services on a regular basis their computer will not give you reminders. Which could be a good thing for some folks but I think the prompts are good. I left my car to have a simple maintenance and the brakes checked the night before a 9:00AM appt. the following day. I failed to tell them that I would like to pick it up as soon as they were done. I got to pick it up about 3:00PM the following day. My fault I was not explicit with my instructions. That is why only four stars this time. MCC

I take all my vehicles here for service and recommend it to anyone looking for professional car care.

They likewise have Andi, (terrific service supervisor)and Ashley that also aids out at the extremely active front workdesk. The great perspective from the staff members makes it a fantastic to have my vehicle job done there.
