  Lil Alex is the best BBQ place for south county. The best Tri-tip bbq cut. It's best to order ahead for take out.

  Food was excellent! The pork ribs had plenty of meat and extremely tender! The only downside was that there were 3 TVs inside and none of them had cable. Only net flix...

  You can drive to Santee or to the Sports arena for ribs, and stand in line and pay too much....or, you can go to Lil Alex for the same meal at a lower cost. And - no lines. Try the onion rings. Amazing.

  This place is great. The pulled pork and baked beans are the best. Don't forget tooi get a dessert too. If you have the time sit inside and take your time
