This is my third house I have bought, and this time we decided to not use anyone we know as our realtor. We happened to use Amy because she was selling the house we wanted. I will say after all she has done and how much time she spent educating us as we purchased this last home we will never use anyone else. I recommend her to all people who ask us what realtor to use, even over personal friends. She is very experienced and knowledgeable about homes in San Diego.
