5 Star Review For James - Going Above and Beyond

I am thrilled to write this 5-star review specifically for James at 24 Hour Fitness in Carlsbad, CA, as he was the main reason for my decision to become a member this morning. As a first-time visitor to the gym, his exceptional assistance, friendly demeanor, and extensive knowledge were the determining factors in my choice. At 3:30 in the morning, James went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident, and his dedication and support have been instrumental in my fitness journey. I cannot recommend James highly enough, and I am sincerely grateful for his outstanding service.

Pros:
- Open 24 hours
- James
- Pool / Swimming Pool / Sauna

Cons:
- No basketball court
- Needs more sanitary wipes / trash cans to wipe down machines

This gyms makes me like 24 hour fitness again.
- Clean gym with plenty of equipment
-Chill but helpful staff
-Has a community feel that is normally not felt in big chain gyms. This has to do more with the members.
