  The crew at Exclusive do a fantastic job on my BMW 525i. I have been taking my car there for years and am consistently completely stoked with their work: every time!

  We have 2 BMW's that we take to Exclusive Auto- one and older wagon and the other a more recent convertible. The customer service has been spot on every single time. They never try to add on extra services or pressure you at all. In fact, Ive taken my wagon in thinking it needed a couple minor services and they told me that it wasn't time yet and to wait until it was needed. They do little things like change a fuse for no charge. They get work done much faster than I would ever expect and never refuse a same day drop off. Definitely recommend!

  Incredible service. Very personalized. Indeed feels like the dealer service experience without dealer overhead and exaggerated prices.
  
  On top of that. I had I had listed the windshield wiper pump to be tested as it was not functional. When I went to pick up my car the pump wasn't working so it appears that it appears that they forgot to look at it.
  
  In less than 10 minutes they replace the pump and refused to charge me for the pump nor for their labor and the they said just come back again for service.
  
  I already told this story to at least 15 people and I will go back again every time not only that when I had a need for a body shop I called them to ask to recommend one they trust. Which I had a great experience with as well.

  Our experience at Carlsbad Exclusive Auto surpassed our expectations. The service was efficient and friendly and the job was done well and in a timely manner. I love this place...the prices are fair and I trust them completely. When we picked the car up it had been washed and the wheels looked especially good. Chris is wonderful.
