Joining the Golden Care team was the change I needed after 31 years in the dental field. I am very fortunate to have a supportive employer like Porsha that fosters trust and growth. We work together by supporting, encouraging, and challenging each other. My home away from home and a team I call family! Love what you do and you'll do it well!

I have been with Golden Care 3 1/2 years as a Lead Staffing Manager and by far this is one of the BEST companies I've worked for. Porsha our owner and Veronica our HR manager are the most empowering, supportive, and encouraging supervisors I've had. I gladly recommend Golden Care to anyone looking for care for there love one or a caregiver looking for employment.

I must say it’s been such a pleasure working for Golden Care. Work is always work but it’s also where you spend majority of your time so it’s important to me not to only love what you do but enjoy who you work with. This is a great company to work for and I’m excited to continue to grow with my team!

Golden Care has been the best agency to work for in San Diego County. Everyone at the agency is so welcoming, from the Office staff to management.The scheduling staff is by far my favorite. Their communication with the caregivers is beyond amazing. I appreciate all the hard work they put in for us to have the best schedule.

As I reflect on my 8 years as Director of Client Services for Golden Care,
I am reminded that I did not have to look far to see someone living their best life, reaching their highest potential, or accomplishing amazing achievements, all for the joy of serving others. Caregivers, care managers, schedulers, and administrative staff work long hours to make the impossible happen for the most critical of needs. Client needs always come first, it is a team effort and it does not end at 5:00 p.m. each day! The Golden Care team works each night and all weekend long to make sure the needs of each client is met to the best of their abilities.

It is rare to find someone like Porsha Vogt, Owner, and CEO of Golden Care who looks for ways to demonstrate acts of kindness, even when it is not required by law, to her clients, and to all Golden Care employees. Porsha has built an environment of trust and listens to all who come to her, each Golden Care family member feels valued and respected.

Presently I am consulting for Golden Care since retiring as the Director of Client Services in September. I am thankful to have the opportunity to work alongside such dedicated, talented, and faithful workers who love what they do and do it with a heart of abundance.
