He has reformed the way that I train and approach fitness so that I am more efficient, push harder and understand my body mechanics to avoid future injury. I can honestly say that training at Activ8 has been one of the best investments I have made.
(March 12, 2019, 11:54 pm)Activ8 has caring professional trainers, a great facility with plenty of room, a training regiment that is challenging and effective (without being oppressive)...........all in an positive friendly environment.
I have trained there for years and am never bored. Further, they don't allow me to be complacent...always encouraging me to do my best work.
I am grateful for the men and woman of Activ8 and am a sold out believer in their methods and their character as individuals and as an organization.
(March 5, 2019, 12:47 am)Activ8 is a great facility! The workouts are challenging and adaptable, which was beneficial when I first started working out. The coaches push you to constantly try your hardest and the whole environment is incredibly welcoming.
(February 27, 2019, 7:12 pm)My daughters are competitive soccer players and have been training at Activ8 weekly. They have built strength and endurance for both on and off the soccer field. They enjoy the coaches and get a good work out in each week.
(February 27, 2019, 4:56 pm)The experience at Activ8 is by far one of the best. From the moment you walk in the door, until the moment you leave, you feel apart of the family. My 9 year old nieces, both who play competitive club soccer are a part of the group athletic development curriculum. They started last month and their soccer coach has already expressed the difference he has noticed in the girls speed and footwork. The classes provide a great semi-private experience creating peer motivation and personal enough for the coaches to provide individualized attention. Another great aspect is while they are in class, I'm able to utilize my open gym membership and get my work out in! I recommend them to everyone.
