Then, I have found IKM Carlsbad and Benjamin 3 years ago and have been training there for 3 years now. The instructor is very encouraging and patient while being focused on proper technique. The classes are getting bigger every month and there's a very big range of students. That's really great news because complete beginners don't feel out of their comfort zone and they will find more advance students to train with and improve while advanced students will also find other advanced students to work with. Techniques when taught are broken down in small steps and repeated a few times. Then the whole technique is done as a whole. At the end of the class there's almost always some conditioning as well.”

“Golden Key Properties worked with us on an apartment rental. They responded very quickly to our emails. Their website allowed us to review available properties and had good pictures so we could get a feel for the property before submitting our application. Our stay at the apartment was pretty good, all the appliances were new and worked well, there was a fresh coat of paint on all the walls so the place like they has made efforts to prepare it nicely for our stay. The outside area around the property was kept up nicely during our entire stay. All the Golden Key representatives were very helpful and responsive and we would use them again if we needed a rental unit.”
