Janelle Dickens, branch manager has been our Allstate agent since we bought our first home in 2019. She goes above and beyond each encounter. Fast response, knowledgeable, detailed orientated, and super friendly. She cares for her clients like if they’re family. Our old insurance was going to increase almost 4k, she called and emailed to let us know. She searched around and found the perfect home insurance for us. Super happy!!

Once I called to speak to Janelle and an Allstate representative informed me she was with another client. The representative without knowing my issue asked if she can help. That is great customer service!! I declined but Janelle called back within 10 minutes.

The office is composed of a team of agents who like working with each other and cover for each other well. It is very comforting to know they are such a professional, friendly team and they will always be there for us locally whenever we need their personal assistance, even though they represent national large companies.
