I had been contemplating getting LASIK for most of my adult life, but the whole process made me nervous. Ultimately, the procedure was painless and the recovery time was minimal. I was surprised how quick it was and how soon I was seeing clearly. Dr. Chen and his staff were professional and informative throughout the process. It has been about 5 weeks and it is great to wake up seeing clearly and not have to deal with expensive and uncomfortable contacts ever again. I highly recommend Dr. Chen and North County Laser Eye Associates if you are considering ditching your glasses or contacts.

Getting lasik eye surgery done by Dr. Chen has been life changing in the best way. The surgery was so fast and my recovery was even faster. 2 days later and I was seeing 20/20 on my own. It’s been 3 months now since the surgery and I sometimes forget I even wore glasses for 20 years of my life. I couldn’t be happier with my experience .

Dr Chen and his staff are great! I had my LASIK procedure done there 6 months ago, and have amazing vision. They explained the process very well upfront and truly prepared me for that experience. Dr Chen was even better during the procedure when he explained each step to make me feel comfortable with what was happening. I was nervous going into this because it was my eyes, but after everything was said and done the whole experience was amazing. I even have a video that I haven’t watched yet!

Dr. Chen is wonderful! After 15+ years in contacts and glasses, I decided to get LASIK this summer, and Dr. Chen was the BEST doctor for the procedure. I decided to move on from glasses and contacts and visited Dr. Chen to see if Lasik was possible. My experience with Dr. Chen has been fantastic. I am now about 1 month post-surgery and my vision is great. Not having to put in and take out contacts is good, but I love being able to see golf balls 300 yards down range without issue.

The whole process has been well organized by Dr. Chen and his staff. They have given me ample opportunity to ask questions and address any concerns. I am recommending them to my friends and family after having such great results. My only complaint is why I waited so long to get lasik!
