West Dermatology Carlsbad

Just had my first appointment here and everyone from the staff to the doctor was AMAZING. They were so so kind to me. I had to bring my 18 month old son to the appointment and he was having a hard time staying still so he started having a tantrum and the entire staff did everything they could to distract him and make him smile. Absolutely blessed to have found this place.

Such a great experience! I was nervous about going, but Dr. Busch was amazing, so kind and put me at ease. She took plenty of time to walk me through the process, set up a future plan and I couldn't be happier. I 100% recommend West Dermatology!

Great vibe and appreciate the personalized approach. Felt like I was talking with a friend about my health rather than a formal setting. Dr. Bush made me feel really comfortable and was empathetic to my concerns beyond just the medical aspect. I felt very well taken care of and appreciated the overall sense of care.

I have been seeing Dr. Riley for over a year now and so appreciative her skills, sensitivity and thoroughness in her exams. I wish the office staff and the room temperature were as warm. The rooms are freezing cold and more than a couple of minutes in a paper gown and it’s very uncomfortable 🥴. I recommend the doctor if you don’t mind a sterile setting and staff.

This was my first visit to West Dermatology Carlsbad. All in the office were very friendly and easy-going.
My doctor, Brittany, was very professional and much more thorough with her examination than my previous Dermatologists. Her assistant was extremely personable too and also, very thorough. I didn’t get any sense that they were rushing through my appointment.
