I think some of the difficulty of getting help is feeling like your playing therapist roulette. She is able to make you feel comfortable immediately just by who she is. She is so accepting and understanding and kind. She gives you so much confidence when she teaches you and develops a plan for how she will help you find healing. She explains the research behind what she does and explains the “why” behind it all. I have benefitted so much from what she has taught me and it’s helped me see those around me and myself with new hope. I recommend her to everyone I know.
