I was referred to Pam Fraser from my agent in the SF Bay Area. I immediately found Pam to be warm, friendly, professional, very efficient, and very smart in her profession as well as the neighborhoods she felt I would be comfortable in based on my desires, needs, and budget. She was EXTREMELY patient with me touring many, many homes in this crazy market and did not push me into anything just to make a sale. She would meet me at the homes and pick up on things I might have mentioned that I didn’t want, even zoomed with me when I couldn’t be there. Her concern for resell was communicated to me as well. She was also very resourceful for my move in needs for floor plans, contractors, property tax info, cleaning, and movers. Would definitely recommend this selfless, intelligent professional for your real estate needs.

My wife and I just purchased a home during what is probably the most challenging time to purchase a home during my lifetime of more than 50 years. As first-time homebuyers, using FHA financing, my wife and I were at a severe competitive disadvantage as we did not have the ability to make a 100% cash offer, or even an offer attached to a conventional loan. The 8 month process was emotionally grueling for us both, viewing 50+ homes with our agent throughout San Diego County including: Fallbrook, Escondido, San Marcos, Vista, Lakeside, Alpine, and Santee. The process ended with success when our offer #9 was accepted, and we are now living in a home that my wife and I could not be more proud of in Escondido.

The #1 reason we were able to have success was our real-estate agent Pam Fraser. Pam worked tirelessly for 8 months to guide us through the process, viewing every property with us, leading to 9 offers, two counter-offers, and one accepted offer for a house my wife and I are proud to call our home in Escondido. Pam was recommended to me as a realtor from a friend who was also looking to purchase a new home. I was told that she had many years of experience throughout San Diego County, and would be quite helpful to us in putting competitive offers together during a very difficult time to purchase a first home. After having my first call with Pam, it was clear that she was the realtor that I wanted by our side through what was to become an extremely challenging journey. I could sense she had a very good handle on the current situation, and that she was going to do her best to help my wife and I find the best house to meet our needs, while ensuring that we only made responsible offers, and not get caught-up in the current market hysteria.

Throughout the process, I was always so thankful that Pam was on our side of the offer/negotiation process. I had no doubts that in any negotiating process between our agent and the sellers, she was more prepared. Many times throughout the process, we would enter a home with Pam that had been on the market for less than 3 days, had multiple offers above asking, and if we were interested would need to make an offer within 24-48 hours. We worked with Pam many nights and weekends, to meet these deadlines using her creativity, and understanding of the market to make highly competitive, RESPONSIBLE offers. Many other buyers were not only paying significantly above asking, but were also waiving contingencies such as home appraisals and home inspections. Pam made sure we were not making those concessions, but rather using finding other ways to be competitive. And, on offer #9 that philosophy not only paid off for us, but now my wife and I can sleep at night knowing that we purchased a quality home, in a great location, with the features we wanted, without having to cross a line we were uncomfortable crossing.

Pam was always there for us when we needed her, and I often commented to my wife that Pam is probably the hardest-working person I know. Additionally, she not only led us through a very quick closing process with its own challenges, she has also given great advice and recommendations in making some minor repairs on the home during our first month here. I cannot think of anything else that Pam could have done for us, or anything that she could have done better. My wife and I whole-heartedly recommend her to friends and family. I also owe a huge thank you to that friend that recommended Pam to me 8 months ago. That may be one of the most impactful recommendations I have ever received.

I have known Pam for many years. She showed me property and then decided not to buy. Even when she was not working with me, Pam would answer real estate questions I may have had. When I decided to sell I called Pam and she has been there for me at each transition in selling my home. Informing my at all time of what step is next and assisting me in staging my home. I am an elderly person and moving is a very scary ordeal and a lot of hard work. Pam keep me at ease the entire time. She sold my home in 5 days and got me a great deal. She is awesome to work with and answers all you questions you may have and your phone call in a timely manner, usually the same day. She works extremely hard for you, whether you are selling or purchasing a home. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a great person to work with with a lot of experience. Pam is a wonderful person.

100% yes! Pam Fraser was referred to me by a trusted realtor whose family health issued precluded him from helping me find a home.

Pam is a superstar! She met criteria I sought as a CRS - Certified Residential Specialist - which means on paper she’s a cut above the rest. The CRS certification is not an easy thing to come by, and as a buyer it guarantees a high level of industry knowledge, expertise and experience I can trust.

The proof is in the pudding. I met with Pam many times to view at least a dozen homes, often on short notice as I was an out of town buyer traveling to view homes. She was prepared, informed, and on time 100% of the time! She offered valuable insights to each property, including its history and current condition. She also offered strategic support during offers; the market was very tight and to get a contract signed required multiple strategic layers (price, timing, financial readiness, etc.). We went through a nightmarish offer and rejection/withdrawal due to an owner’s mental health issues. Pam was a professional through it all. Finally we identified the right property and sealed the deal.

Pam’s attention to detail is unparalleled in my experience. I’ve lived in nine states and bought and sold many homes. Pam’s ability to stay on point with every line item through closing is nothing short of amazing. I can say without hesitation that Pam Fraser is the best realtor I’ve worked with, and I would and will most happily recommend her for anyone seeking a buyer’s agent in the Oceanside or San Diego area.

Finally, Pam is a genuinely nice person to work with. No pretenses, no selling up, no sales pitches. She has offered me counsel when asked, provided referrals when needed, and support in good times and bad. Pam has integrity, a character I value above all. Pam Fraser is the real deal!

My wife and I retired while living in Sacramento and decided to move to North San Diego County to be close to our daughter and grandchildren. We knew some of the difficulties we would face finding a home in an unfamiliar location but we were unprepared to enter a very tough seller’s market with low inventory and rising home prices. Pam guided us patiently through a lengthy buying process that began while we were still living in Sacramento and ended several months later when we closed escrow on our new home in Carlsbad. With her many years of providing real estate services in San Diego County she was able to recommend excellent resources for everything from temporary housing and financing to after-sale service providers. She spent many hours showing us homes throughout the region and responded to our many requests for information promptly and courteously.

Pam is a serious professional in every sense of the word based on her extensive experience, broad knowledge of the real estate market, connections within the real estate community and ability to communicate with clients, listing agents and service providers. She is a friendly but tough negotiator who clearly makes her client’s interests her top priority. We came to appreciate her energy and attention to details and would recommend Pam without reservation.
