San Diego Sign Company, Inc.

We worked with San Diego Sign Company to create a 10x10 tension fabric banner to display in our expo booth. As a small startup without a full creative team, it was super helpful to have their graphics team assist and design the banner artwork files. Their customer service has been excellent. We'll definitely use them again for future printing needs.

Ordered a few prints from here to hang in my room and they really went the extra mile! I spoke to myles initially who assured me that I was in good hands and that I would be updated. He was so polite and easy to talk to! Then I was passed along through the channels to Jennifer who was responsive, and helped me. She told me my graphic would come out blurry the way I sent it and worked with me to make it come out crystal clear. She was so sweet! I called in because I lost my tracking number and got John who looked it up and was able to provide details on the eta. Overall everyone was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable! You can tell they love their job because even though I had a million questions they were able to answer them quickly and without hesitation. There was never a hint of annoyance in their voice either, which is rare these days! Thank you all so much! I love my prints!
