“I was referred to Merchant Endodontics for my first root canal, and I was nervous. They immediately made me feel comfortable, and after the consultation, offered to do the procedure that same day, starting about 4:30-4:45. I was astonished that Dr. Merchant was willing to do that, but sure enough, he did. I was the last patient there. So I went from diagnosis at the dentist that morning to a finished root canal at the endodontist the same afternoon. Pain was minimal, and they were careful to make sure it stayed that way the entire time. Very little pain after the procedure. This practice is extremely professional and worth every penny. Highly recommended!”

Everything is well explained and Dr. Thylin is so honest with our family's care. We schedule our whole family together and make it a dental day. They are very accommodating and I know it's really hard to get on the schedule but that's because they are awesome and in high demand so availability is limited. The office is extremely thoughtful of its patients. We get hand written mailed cards for all occasions and most recently I scheduled a teeth whitening because we're getting married November. Just 2 days later there's a card in the mail from the entire office congratulating us. It's so meaningful and appreciated to have our dentist do that!
