Faith, the pharmacy manager, is so understanding and patient with addressing my concerns and providing me with the information I need to feel confident about my medications and supplements as well as navigating insurance, which has given me so many problems. She has shown me compassion and offered sound advice. I’ve also witnessed outstanding communication between her and her staff to make sure everyone is on the same page and the place is running smoothly. “So far, my experience with Sound United has been awesome. I have a deftech 9080 center 9040 rears and just replaced my towers with bp9040's. One of my towers, I noticed the bass being overwhelmingly louder than the other. Called Bestbuy and got the run around to 5 people, with no answer. Talked with Lowie at customer service for deftech, and he got a new amp approved to ship to my house faster than my phone call to Bestbuy. For me, they stood by their product. Love my large system and my wireless bar setup in the other room. Thanks for training your service reps so well.”

“Great location in the Shoppes at Carlsbad. Store is located at the West end of the mall on the second floor. The opposite end as the Regal Cinema. This store is MASSIVE. Coming from NYC most comics and game stores are at a minimum for space. This place is gigantic. Lots of comics, collectibles, Dungeons and Dragons, Board games and anime stuff. Friendly staff walks around as you shop. I’m a huge D&D fan and noticed yesterday they bulked up on their game stuff. They also had individual miniatures for sale in one of the display cases. Huge statues and collectibles in the front display windows really makes this place awesome”
