  Before going, I read the reviews here and saw the many problems with this place. So I was prepared for some issues. I made an appointment, made an online account, downloaded the app, showed up in plenty of time for my appointment with the QR code in hand but was never asked for it. Still, all went well for me. But I could see where other people would have problems especially if they didn't read the reviews here first. I signed in at the desk and checked in electronically at the kiosk. The mobile app check-in did not work at all. But because I checked in the right way, even though there are no signs telling you how to do it, I didn't have any problems. My technician was excellent, he caught a mistake in my doctor's orders and got it corrected, and the blood draw was completely painless. Also, take MTS or Uber. There is never any parking here.

  If you don’t have an appointment expect to wait for a while since this place is always packed. Even the people that have an appointment wait an extra 10-20mins. The staff is a bit uncaring but they are professional, well with my experience. If possible try to get an appointment or otherwise expect to wait. Overall my experience has been positive, I would only recommend this place if you are willing to wait or if you set up an appointment.
