“I was referred to In-Motion PT for persistent and recurring knee problems rooting from years of military service. I met Todd who did a comprehensive assessment of my knee and got me set-up with a program to work on mobility and strengthening of the joint. He identified several areas of focus and we got to work. I consider myself in decent shape but I definitely felt how I was neglecting my knees and hips with my typical gym workout. The PT space at In-Motion is clean, well lit, and comfortable. I appreciated the flexibility in scheduling and the attention I received while there. I had physical therapy in the past through a different company and I felt like i was just a number. Todd made me feel welcome and I knew that he cared about getting me back up to speed. After several weeks and a lot of effort, I'm back to walking my dog, running on the treadmill, and working out like I was before. Thanks Todd and In-Motion PT!”

“I love this place! My regular stylist call in sick last min today. I have a big event Sunday so I kinda freaked out but life happens. I called Posh salon and Martin got me in at the end of today. Melissa colored my hair with shades of purple, pink and blue. It turned out so fresh and is so cute! Martin jumped in to blend in my layers. They did such an amazing job. I'm pretty sure it was meant to be ????”

I will definitely be back in the future and will tell people about this place. They even delivered the shocks to my work place for free the day after due to them not having the parts in stock.
