(April 1, 2022, 10:52 pm)I booked a storage unit online, for a 50% discount for 2 Full Months. That would be a great blessing for us. I paid for it, went through the whole process. However, when I got the receipt, it didn't look right, and it didn't seem like I would be getting the discount for 2 months. I immediately wrote the contact email of the company explaining the situation. It wasn't but maybe 5 minutes later that I got a response from the main office. The person said that it was after hours, but he saw my question come through and wanted to explain. He then explained the receipt and why it may have looked confusing but assured me that I would receive the 50% discount the second month as stated. I was touched that he took time to answer, even after normal work hours. It made me feel understood. I am thankful that I booked online and very appreciative that I receive such a quick response to my question.
